Mel Robbins’ “Let Them” Is a Start. But Only a Start.

Let them’ can quiet the noise around you. It cannot show you the operating system underneath. This is critical for true transformation.
By now, you’ve probably heard of the “Let Them” theory. Maybe you read the book. Even if you
haven’t read the book, the
theory is so pervasive and has landed so strongly that you at least know the gist:
Let them think what they think. Let them do what they do. Let them.
There’s real wisdom in that. If you’ve spent any time working with it, you likely had at least one
moment of genuine relief.
Most of us spend an enormous amount of energy trying to manage how other people see us, respond to
us, treat us. We contort ourselves, over-explain, preemptively defend. The idea that you can
simply… stop doing that? That feels pretty great. No question.
So, this isn’t a takedown of Mel Robbins or her work. But it is a question that is worth sitting
with once the initial relief wears off.
Because here’s what tends to happen. You practice “Let Them.” You get better at not reacting. You
stop white-knuckling outcomes. And then, six months later, you notice something unsettling: you’re
still getting the same results. Different people, different situations, same results. You’ve let
them, and yet here you are again.
Why?
The Limit of “Let Them”: What it doesn’t address
“Let Them” (and its companion, “Let Me”) address how you respond in the moment. What they don’t
touch is the deeper structure underneath: why you keep finding yourself in the same moments, over
and over again, no matter how skillfully you respond.
What drives that? Your Winning Strategy™. It’s the unconscious formula that developed in you—
probably a long time ago
— for how to navigate the world successfully. And it worked. That’s the thing. It worked well
enough that it became invisible to you, baked into how you listen, how you lead, how you decide
what’s even possible.
Your Winning Strategy™ is running in the background of every conversation, every decision, every
relationship.
“Let Them” can quiet the noise around you. It cannot show you the operating system underneath. This
operating system is where the real work begins. Why? it is currently responsible for all of your
successes AND all of your limitations in equal measure.
What it takes to change the pattern: The Renascence Program
That’s the work we do at Renascence. Not better habits. Not smarter strategies built on top of the
old ones. We help you actually see the structure you’ve been living inside of; the one that’s been
determining what you believe is possible. And then? We give you real tools to step outside of it
and to create the context for your future and the future of your organization.
The question worth asking isn’t just “can I let them?” It’s: what would I attempt if I weren’t
still running on the strategy that got me here?
That’s a different question entirely. And leads you to a more powerful, free and spacious form of
leadership and living.
Our 3-day Intensive offers you space to uncover your Winning Strategy and to learn how to operate
with clarity and freedom within your operating system. You can find out more program details here

Will empower you with the knowledge and tools to CREATE the CONTEXT for your life and your business
Context is the freedom to be context in space. It has no form, no place in time; It allows form and time. In the absence of a consciously·created context, Our lives are controlled by content- The forces and circumstances of the condition in which we live. Once you create a context, that context then generates a process in which the content -The forces & circumstances - reorder and align themselves with the context.
For example, if you choose to shift the context of your life from "I don't matter" to "I make a difference" The circumstances in your life, while they may not have changed, take on an entirely new meaning. The new meaning, then begins to reflect that you make a difference.
What is the context of your life today? What do you desire the context of your life to be?
"Talking about transformation is no more than a representation, an image of the real thing. It's like eating the menu instead of the steak – neither nurturing nor profound. It is in being transformed – in being authentically true to oneself – that one lives passionately free, unencumbered, fearless, committed."
